Consumer Reports: Best Digital TV Converter Boxes

Consumer reportes ranked 14 different converter boxes in their latest issue. Local, "full-power" TV stations must stop broadcasting analog signals and switch to digital, HDTV (High Definition TV) format on February 17, 2009. Old analog TV sets will no longer be able to view over the air TV without special digital converter boxes.
