In the March/April 2009 issue of the AARP Magazine, Dr. David Servan-Schreiber, M.D, Ph.D. LIsted foods for an "Anticancer Lifestyle." He recommends avoiding refined sugar "wherever it lurks, including sodas and ketchup." He also recommends avoiding white flowewr that quickly turns to sugar in your body. I've replace white rice with brown rice in my diet and use whole grain bread instead of white breads.
